A European commerce supplier came to us with a question most of their competitors never ask: what if we sold directly to the people who actually use our products? They had hundreds of thousands of SKUs. We hand-picked almost 200 seasonal goods across travel, home, garden, sport, kids, and men's and women's lines, and turned that selection into a premium brand built to reach customers directly.
From signing to launch: under two months. From naming to a live store: one month. That pace usually forces a compromise. To move fast, teams either shoot product-on-white and call it premium, or they hand-build every scene and watch the timeline stretch into a quarter. We wanted neither.
Our
approach
An in-house algorithm reads each client's product image and its description, then decides the environment that product belongs in: the setting, the mood, the light. Not one scene cloned across a catalog, but a consistent premium look adapted to every item, from kitchen appliances to outdoor gear. That let us produce close to 200 finished images in two weeks.
Generation was never the whole job. Every frame passed an art director before it shipped. The algorithm gave us reach; the art director gave us taste. But images were only one layer. Around them we built everything the brand needed to exist: the name, the market-entry strategy, social communication, the online store, and a shoppable print magazine.
Quality at speed is what's worth paying for.
The takeaway isn't "let AI do the work." It can't, and it never ships perfectly. It makes mistakes, and the frames it got wrong we caught and rebuilt by hand.
